We're a small team in Spain that builds AI agents for service businesses. The kind of agents that actually do work — not chat about doing work, not draft suggestions for someone to copy-paste — but take a goal, decide what to do, and finish the job. Across email, WhatsApp, your CRM, your inbox.
Our model is simple. We pick one business at a time. We name the agent. We train it on your real data, your real tone, your real rules. We deploy it. Then we operate it for you — weekly review of every conversation, prompt tuning, escalations resolved, a human you can call.
The first agent we've put into production is Lucien, built for holiday rental and real estate agencies on the Spanish coast. The next two are already in design and we're taking briefs for what comes after that.
We're not in a hurry to fill out a service catalogue. We'd rather have one agent that genuinely changes how a team spends its day than ten half-built bots in a brochure.
Specific over generic
Every Coluum agent is named, scoped, and trained for one business. Generic AI is cheap. Specific AI ships outcomes.
Operated, not abandoned
We don't drop a tool and disappear. The agent is the product. So is the support behind it.
Slow on purpose
One business at a time, done properly. We measure success by agents in production, not pitches in pipeline.
